2.  Responsible for the sale of many newly constructed, luxury condos in Brentwood, CA.  These were liquidations where we interfaced with Mitsui Manufacturers Bank as the major lender.  Many involved short sale strategies.
 
 
 
3.  Masterminded the extension of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy for a developer of 20 co-ops.  At that time, I was the first real estate broker to convince Fannie Mae to finance co-ops.  These were then liquidated in less than 24 hours. (The prior broker, of a highly reputable firm, had the listing for well over a year and didn't sell any.
 
 
 
4.  Created innovative financing strategies for the sale of foreclosed properties (including a sale-leaseback with the right to repurchase).
 
 
 
5.  Wrote a 250 page treatise, "Real Estate Auctioneering" as a masters degree thesis in a masters of finance program with a specialty in real estate.  This work was published in 2007 for the real estate and auctioneering profession and called "Start The Show".
